Lema (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015, focusing on providing total visual inspection and automation solutions in pharmaceutical industry, which has been awarded as National High-tech Enterprise.
Company is located in Zhongguancun area called China Silicon Valley, with rich high-tech talents. Core R&D team members hail from Microsoft, the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and world‑top computer vision laboratories. The team has over 20 years of cumulative experience in algorithm research and industry practice. Key R&D staff was one of recipients of the National First‑Class Award for Scientific and Technological Progress. Lema is one of the very few industrial AI inspection equipment manufacturers in China that owns both proprietary core AI algorithms and strong in‑house capabilities for automated equipment mechanical design.

Lema’s Innovation Journey for AI‑Enabled Pharmaceutical Inspection Machines
2017: Accredited as Zhongguancun High‑Tech Enterprise and National High‑Tech Enterprise
2018: Received venture‑capital investment from Beijing Shouchuang Kechuang Capital
2019: Granted National “Double‑Software Enterprise” certification; awarded funding under the Beijing Small‑ and Medium‑Sized Enterprise Innovation Fund.
2019: Delivered the first full‑production‑line deployment of Lema visual‑inspection equipment at Shandong Ruiyang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., establishing Lema’s leading‑technology position within the pharmaceutical visual‑inspection sector in China.
2023: Completed full‑production‑line roll‑out of Lema inspection machines for CSPC Zhongnuo (Shijiazhuang) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., further consolidating Lema’s leading domestic status for lyophilized‑powder vial inspection machines.
2026: After more than half‑a‑year of rigorous validation and side‑by‑side evaluation against domestic and international inspection machines, Livzon Group selected Lema visual‑inspection machines, re‑affirming the globally‑competitive performance of Lema’s products.
To date, more than 300 pharmaceutical production lines have deployed Lema’s inspection solutions.
